Return & Exchange Window

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Requirements

• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

• This policy applies to both retail and wholesale customers.

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Store Credit & Exchanges Only

• We do not issue refunds. Approved returns will be processed as store credit or exchanged for another item of equal value.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

• All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our online returns portal, accessible via our website.

• Follow the steps in the portal to submit your request. You will receive email updates throughout the process.

• Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

• Items sent back without an approved request will not be accepted.

Condition for Returns & Exchanges

• Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements stated above.

• If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please submit a request through the portal immediately upon receipt so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

• Custom, personalized, or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Our returns portal allows you to select the reason for your return or exchange and provides clear instructions at each step.
