Shipping policy
Order Processing
We process orders within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2–3 business days of arrival in stock.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@merakimovement.ca.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order. Please review your shipping information carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order amount (excluding shipping fees) and ask that you place a new order.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or weather conditions.
Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 909 16 St SE, High River, AB. Orders are generally ready within 1 business day. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is available for pickup, along with pickup instructions.
Pickup hours are 10 AM–6 PM, 7 days a week. Please have your order confirmation email with you and notify us of your pickup time in advance.
Shipping Locations
We proudly ship anywhere and everywhere!
All orders are shipped with tracking information provided via email once your package has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order leaves our facility.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Meraki Movement is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages.
If your package appears lost in transit or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please complete the following steps:

Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.

Check around your property, with neighbours, and with anyone who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

Contact the shipping carrier directly to open a missing package investigation or file a claim.

Notify us at info@merakimovement.ca with your order number and relevant details.
We will support you in the claim or recovery process in any way we can and will also file a claim from our end to assist with resolution. Eligibility for replacement or refund is subject to the outcome of the carrier’s claim process.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and assist in arranging a replacement or credit, depending on availability.
Customs & Duties
You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country of residence. Meraki Movement is not responsible for packages held or delayed by international customs agencies.
If your package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or failure to collect, shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom items are final sale and not eligible for refund if returned.
Should Meraki Movement receive an invoice from the courier for duties or fees after delivery, an invoice for the balance due will be forwarded to you for immediate payment.
